Welcome to your home away from home. We gave lots of thought to the renovations of our three holiday apartments. The result: cosy and well thought-out apartments. It goes without saying that we offer extras like playground, barbeque, parking, ski room and breakfast rolls. For our youngest guests we provide cot, high chair, nappy bin and changing pad. All our non-smoking apartments are equipped with satellite TV, radio, dishwasher, fridge with freezing compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, linen, towels and information folder. You are welcome to use our washing machine and tumble dryer. Dogs welcome on request!

Pure nature at the farm Unterwerkstatthof in Val d’Ega
Especially in the winter, when the days are short, our guest lounge at the farm Unterwerkstatthof is a popular meeting place. Here, you may sit, play, laugh and eat together. This common room is open to all guests. Right next to it you’ll find our Product Corner with our delicious farm products – simply take a look around and shop.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS AND CANCELLATION PROTECTION
Tourist tax
From the 01/01/2025 the tourist tax is added to the basic price. The charge will be 2.70 € per person and day (starting from the age of 14) and has to be paid right away on the farm.
Minimum stay
Our rates apply for a minimum stay of 7 days plus the charge for the final clean-up.
Stays of fewer than 5 days can only be booked at short notice.
Pets
Dogs on application and subject to a charge.
Non-smokers
All our holiday apartments are non-smoking apartments! Please smoke on the balcony.
Arrival/departure
Our holiday apartments are available from 2pm on your day of arrival. Please feel free to enquire the previous day whether it is possible to move in earlier. If you plan to arrive after 8pm please inform us telephonically.
We ask you to please vacate your holiday apartment not later than 10am on your day of departure to enable the next guests to move in on time.
Children’s discount
We provide cots.
Children 0 – 3 years: free of charge
Payment
Please pay your account in cash or by bank transfer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept cards.
Deposit
We look forward to your reservation via e-mail. The reservation takes effect once we receive your deposit.

Once both parties have confirmed the reservation is writing, it becomes a binding contract. If you arrive later or depart earlier you will be charged the full price of your original booking.
Cancellation
We look forward to your arrival. Up to 3 months prior to your arrival you can cancel free of charge. From 3 months to 4 weeks prior to arrival we will charge you for 3 days’ stay. If you cancel within 4 weeks of arrival the cancellation fee amounts to 80% of the price of your reservation.
In order for you to be covered for any unforeseen circumstances, we can offer you the Red Rooster cancellation insurance. Click here to read what this insurance entails.
